President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will on Sunday, August 30, depart Abuja for Europe to begin a three-week vacation as part of his annual leave.

According to a statement issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President’s first destination will be London, United Kingdom.
The statement said the President is expected to return to Nigeria at the end of his working vacation.

Upon his return, Tinubu is expected to resume official activities and join preparations for the January 2027 election.

The three-week leave forms part of the President’s annual vacation, according to the statement dated August 30, 2026.
