SADIQ RILWAN OLOLADE CONTINUES FLYING START WITH DOMA UNITED IN THE EUROMATCH NPFL

Doma United Forward Sadiq Rilwan Ololade enjoyed a dream start to the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League season, scoring in each of his first two appearances for the club.

The new signing, who joined Doma United from NNL side Crown FC, announced himself in style on his NPFL first debut for Doma United against Sporting Lagos. He found the back of the net just six minutes into the match to give Doma United an early lead.

Sadiq showed good awareness and composure to make the most of the opportunity, immediately putting his name on the scoresheet in his first league appearance for his new club.

Doma United continued to control the game and added another goal in the second half to secure a convincing 2–0 win over Sporting Lagos.

After opening his account on Matchday 1, Sadiq continued his fine form in Doma United’s next game against Inter Lagos at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena.

The Forward once again proved his value to the team, scoring a crucial 71st-minute header to help Doma United in their second encounter for the 2026/2027 EuroMatch NPFL.

The goal took his tally to two goals in the opening two matches of the 2026/27 NPFL season, giving him a perfect start to life at Doma United.

Sadiq’s latest strike also carried a special record. The Forward has now scored against the just promoted Inter Lagos at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena on three occasions in just four meetings both in the NNL and EuroMatch NPFL, showing his strong record whenever he faces the Lagos-based side at their home ground.

Having scored six minutes into his NPFL debut and followed it up with another important goal in his second appearance, Sadiq Rilwan Ololade has quickly become one of the players to watch at the start of Doma United’s campaign.

Sadiq Rilwan Ololade is certainly off to a flying start, helping Doma United achieve their season goals and continue adding more goals to his NPFL tally.
