The Osun State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) will on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, host the Director of Operations of the Imole Youth Mobilisation Committee, Mr. Christopher Adetayo, on its public engagement programme, “Osun NUJ Guest Platform.”
According to a statement issued by the Secretary of the Council, Comrade Olalekan Akindoju, Mr. Adetayo will speak on a wide range of issues, with particular focus on efforts to mobilise youths across Osun State in support of the re-election bid of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
The guest is also expected to highlight programmes and initiatives being implemented to promote youth development and empowerment in the state, as well as the activities of the Imole Youth Mobilisation Committee.
The statement noted that a panel of journalists drawn from various media organisations will engage the guest on issues of public interest during the interactive session.
The programme will take place at the NUJ Press Centre, Osogbo, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Members of the public have been invited to attend and participate in the engagement.
