The Super Falcons of Nigeria have officially arrived in Rabat, Morocco, ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations, with the record 10-time African champions making a strong cultural statement on their arrival.

Dressed proudly in traditional Nigerian attire, the Falcons showcased the country’s rich heritage in a colourful display of culture, unity and national pride.

The team’s grand entrance reflected the confidence and determination of a squad ready to defend its continental crown alongside the technical crews led by the leadership of Head Coach Justin Madugu.

Beyond the Football, the Cultural display served as a powerful representation of Nigeria on one of Africa’s biggest sporting stages, celebrating the nation’s heritage while highlighting the legacy of the Super Falcons.

As the title defence officially gets underway, the Falcons will be hoping their grand arrival is the beginning of another historic campaign as they aim to maintain their dominance and add yet another WAFCON trophy to their record collection.
