The Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Osun State, Alhaji Issa Adesiji, will tomorrow, Monday, June 8, 2026, appear on the Osun NUJ Guest Platform as political activities continue to gather momentum ahead of the August 15 governorship election in the state.

The programme, scheduled for 12 noon at the NUJ Press Centre, Osogbo, is organised by the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Osun State Council.

Alhaji Adesiji is expected to address critical issues surrounding the preparedness of the ADC for the forthcoming governorship poll as well as the party’s position and strategy towards the 2027 general elections.

The session will feature an interactive engagement with a panel of journalists who will raise questions on topical political matters and issues affecting the state, while members of the public will also be given the opportunity to participate in the discussion.

According to a statement issued by the Chairman of the NUJ, Osun State Council, Comrade Adeyemi Aboderin, invited guests and members of the public are advised to arrive early and be punctual for the programme.
